1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Taizhou Yikang Industry website (yikangindustry.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Pricing

All product images, descriptions, and specifications on this website are for reference purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly in color, dimensions, and finish. Prices displayed are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of quotation. Final pricing depends on order quantity, customization requirements, and current material costs.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by our sales team. Standard payment terms: 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Custom orders with mold development may require separate mold payment terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, DDP, EXW) are agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, shipping conditions, and customs clearance. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, carrier delays, or customs holding.

5. Quality & Returns

We conduct multi-stage quality inspections on all shipments. If you receive defective products, report the issue with photographic evidence within 7 days of receipt. For confirmed manufacturing defects, we offer free replacement or refund at our discretion. Claims must be supported by photos showing the defect and the shipping labels. Buyer remorse or order cancellations after production has commenced are not eligible for refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product designs, and layouts — is the property of Taizhou Yikang Industry Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission. Custom molds created for OEM orders remain the customer's property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration.
